&On February 21, 2017, the group conducted pre job training for more than 160 new employees recruited in 2017. Training contents include: enterprise development process, enterprise rules and regulations, safety production knowledge, enterprise culture and business etiquette. In order to integrate new employees into the group platform, the group also organized new employees to visit the "enterprise exhibition hall" and "Architectural History Museum" exhibition of the new office building of the group. &It is reported that the new employees who have completed the job training and taken up their posts are all graduates of previous universities. A considerable part of them come to Changda from non local state-owned enterprises and enterprises above Designated Size, and some are looking forward to the development of overseas projects of Changda. These new forces will play a strong role in supporting the platform of "Changda group".
